Orders

All coffee and merchandise purchases are subject to availability. Product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or refuse service at our discretion.


Shipping

We currently ship within Australia. Shipping is flat-rate unless otherwise specified at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Once dispatched, StarTrail Coffee is not responsible for shipping delays or issues caused by third-party couriers.


Memberships

StarTrail Coffee offers recurring subscription. By signing up, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until canceled. You may cancel or change your membership at any time through your account dashboard.


Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless an item is damaged or incorrect. If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you. For full details, refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
